At first, the filter cake becomes soft, then becomes semi muddy, and the filter cake cannot be formed. Due to the special material of the filter plate, it is difficult to repair, and the filter plate can only be replaced, which results in high spare parts cost. 4、 Uneven or incomplete formation of filter cake of plate and frame filter
Fault analysis: There are many reasons for uneven cake shape of plate and frame filter, such as insufficient or too thin feed, or blockage. For these faults, we should carefully investigate the causes, finally find out the exact problem, and then cure the problem according to the symptoms.
Solutions: The main solutions are: increase the feeding, adjust the process, improve the feeding, clean the filter cloth or replace the filter cloth, clean the blockage, clean the feed hole, clean the drain hole, clean or replace the filter cloth, increase the pressure or pump power, start at low pressure, continuously pressurize, etc.
5、 The plate frame of the plate frame filter is damaged
Fault analysis: The causes of damage to the filter plate are:
1. When the filter plate of the filter is not cleaned, sometimes the medium will leak out. Once it leaks out, the edge of the plate frame will be scoured out of small ditches one by one. A large amount of medium leaks out, causing the pressure can not rise, and mud cake can not be formed.
2. If the outlet is blocked by solids or the feed valve or outlet valve is closed during startup, the pressure will not leak out anywhere, causing damage.
3. In case of insufficient feeding or improper solid particles contained in the feeding, the plate frame will be damaged due to excessive force.
4. When the sludge is too thick or dry blocks are left, the feeding port will be blocked. At this time, there is no medium between filter plates of the filter, only the pressure of the hydraulic system itself. At this time, the plate itself is vulnerable to damage due to long-term pressure.
